Return and exchange Policy-
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date in case the item is defective. Exchange only no money back. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.  The item must return with the original box and accessories. In the case of FTA receivers it must be returned with the original factory firmware, otherwise it won’t be accepted. If the item is not defective shipping both ways must be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before returning the item.
